Donnie serves as the Senior Pastor and founder of Life Impact Church in Baltimore, MD., Life Impact Church Virginia, and Net Breakers Church. He began pastoring in 2012 when he heard God calling him. There was a deep desire and passion to see lives changed especially in Baltimore. His style and approach are very unique, innovative, and untraditional, yet it always is in line with the Word, Will, and Way of God. He has a passion for the hurt and rejected, with the mission to see everyone whole….

Bishop Neal was birthed in Magnolia Pentecostal Holiness Church, under the leadership of Overseer M.E Finnell, Pastor Lelia Ricks, and his grandmother, Pastor Geraldine Newsome. He had the honor to serve as a musician, Youth President, and Bible study teacher, where he served the first 22 years of his life. In 2000, Bishop Neal joined Love Crowd Church, under the leadership of Bishop Randolph and Beverly Corporal. He served as an Adjutant, Director of Christian Education, Youth Pastor, Musician, and Director of Evangelism. It was there he was licensed and ordained. He was released for 2 years to serve as the Worship Pastor of Word of God Church and Ministries (Progressive1st Baptist Church), Under the leadership of Pastor Keith L. Green.

Bishop Neal then returned to Love Crowd to finish his assignment until the call came to pastor.

Bishop Neal is committed and submitted to his Pastor and Spiritual Father, Bishop Christopher E. Windley.

Bishop Neal is also the Founder and Presiding Prelate of the Impact Network of Churches and Ministries. He is honored to serve as a Covering and to some a Spiritual Father to Pastors, Churches, and a Para and Market Place Ministries. He also is the Founder of Life Impact North “North Pulse Church" in Baltimore County.

He is honored to have a Co Authored the Best-Selling Marriage Book, with his Wife LaToya, WWW.COM
(We Will Win. Conquer Our Marriage) first and second edition. He also is the Author of Priceless- Knowing the Value of you, Wake up the gift in you, and Prophetic Me.
He is an amazing teacher, songwriter, life coach, counselor, pastor, father, and most importantly to him, a husband.
